About the role

We are looking for an Expedition Manager to oversee international freight shipments in the Benelux and Scandinavian regions. The role ensures smooth, on‑time delivery of goods, builds client relationships and supports business development.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate international cargo transports in Benelux or Scandinavia, guaranteeing timely and efficient delivery.
• Identify freight opportunities and negotiate terms and rates with carriers.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers and partners, creating new business links and strengthening existing relationships.
• Contribute actively to transport service sales and the development of new business opportunities.
• Respond quickly to unexpected situations to maintain seamless shipment flow.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in expedition or freight forwarding.
• Hands‑on knowledge of the Benelux or Scandinavian markets and international transport specifics.
• Strong command of English; German is a plus for Benelux work.
• Organised, result‑oriented and able to plan work efficiently.
• Comfortable in a dynamic environment, capable of fast decision‑making and problem‑solving.
