Electrical Works Manager

About the role

The Electrical Works Manager will lead the planning, coordination and supervision of electrical and telecommunications works on construction projects, working closely with the Construction and Project Managers. The role ensures compliance with quality, health, safety and schedule requirements while representing the company with clients and authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Close cooperation with the Construction Manager and Project Manager.
• Supervision of subcontractors’ works in terms of quality, health and safety (HSE), and progress in accordance with the established schedule.
• Preparation of reports and schedules, planning and coordination of electrical and telecommunications works.
• Coordination of activities between different disciplines with managers of other areas.
• Representing the company and cooperating with institutions working on behalf of the Client, including supervision inspectors and relevant authorities.
• Ongoing preparation and completion of construction documentation, including protocols and documents required for inclusion in the construction log.

Required profile

• Authorization to control electrical and/or telecommunications works up to 110 kV (higher voltage an advantage).
• Knowledge of energy law and relevant procedures (Litgrid, Vert).
• Knowledge of Lithuanian construction law and administrative procedures.
• Proficiency in Lithuanian and English (minimum B1); Polish is a plus.
• Experience in construction of cable lines or transformer stations/infrastructure.
• Familiarity with the local construction industry, including companies, subcontractors and material suppliers.
• Willingness to work on a construction site on a stationary basis.
• Category B driving licence.
