Email Marketing Manager

About the role

360 Mind is looking for an Email Marketing Manager to own and scale email initiatives across multiple digital products in global markets. You will work in a high‑trust, high‑impact environment, reporting directly to decision‑makers and collaborating with creative and performance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute, and scale end‑to‑end email campaigns and automated flows (welcome, abandonment, reactivation, upsell).
• Develop a testing roadmap covering lifecycle hypotheses, copy, creative, and flow optimizations.
• Manage large‑scale email lists, ensuring segmentation, hygiene, deliverability, and funnel alignment.
• Identify drop‑offs and list trends early, acting quickly to improve performance.
• Collaborate with Creative and Performance Marketing to optimize subscriber journeys.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing, testing, and scaling email marketing for digital or e‑commerce products.
• Deep operational expertise with Klaviyo or a comparable CRM platform.
• Proven ability to drive email revenue share and increase customer LTV through lifecycle marketing.

Required skills

• Klaviyo (or similar CRM platform)
• AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney for copy generation and workflow optimization
