Email Marketing Specialist – New User Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Email Marketing Specialist to lead our top‑of‑funnel acquisition efforts. You will own the end‑to‑end email strategy that turns prospects into first‑time customers and supports rapid growth across our global e‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive email acquisition strategy focused on list growth, lead capture, and conversion.
• Design, implement and maintain email automations and an A/B testing roadmap to boost prospect engagement and first‑purchase rates.
• Analyze top‑of‑funnel metrics (list growth, conversion rate, CPL) and translate insights into actionable optimisations.
• Continuously improve email deliverability by managing SPF, DKIM, DMARC settings and addressing bounce issues.
• Collaborate with creative, media‑buying and product teams to ensure a cohesive user experience.
• Leverage AI tools to generate high‑performing email copy and creative assets.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of hands‑on email marketing experience, specifically in new user acquisition and lead generation.
• Strong understanding of conversion‑focused best practices and deliverability fundamentals.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn performance data into strategic recommendations.
• Proactive, ownership‑driven attitude and enthusiasm for the digital landscape.

Required skills

• Expertise with at least one major ESP (e.g., Klaviyo, Omnisend, Hubspot) and building complex automations.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for creating and editing email templates.
• Experience using AI tools for email content generation.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, segmentation, and deliverability protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
