Employer Branding Specialist – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

Vinted is looking for an Employer Branding Specialist to shape and communicate its Employer Value Proposition across multiple brands. This is a 12‑month fixed‑term position focused on storytelling, talent marketing and brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and execute employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, People, Marketing, PR, Internal Communications and Design to create authentic employee stories.
• Write and edit copy for blogs, advertising, employer‑branding assets, email campaigns, event materials, online profiles and career pages.
• Support and organise partnership events such as meet‑ups and brand showcases.
• Maintain brand consistency and visibility across all employer‑facing platforms.

Required profile

• Proven experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing or related communications.
• Strong storytelling ability to translate complex roles into engaging narratives.
• Collaborative mindset to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Attention to detail and adherence to editorial guidelines.

Required skills

• Excellent copywriting and editorial skills.
• Understanding of branding principles and employer value proposition development.
