Executive Chef – South American/Oriental Fusion – Lithuania

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Chef to lead the kitchen of a high‑profile, contemporary restaurant in a vibrant Lithuanian city. The concept blends South American and Oriental flavours, offering premium seafood, A5 Wagyu, octopus and creative sharing plates.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and inspire the kitchen brigade.
• Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency and safety standards.
• Design and update menus, introducing innovative dishes.
• Control food costs, manage purchasing and drive profitability.
• Recruit, train and mentor kitchen staff.
• Collaborate with owners and senior management on the restaurant’s culinary direction.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or senior Sous Chef in a premium, high‑volume restaurant.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to balance creativity and cost efficiency.
• Experience with Peruvian, Nikkei, Japanese, Latin American or modern Asian cuisine is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and team‑building skills.
