Experienced Operations Officer with team coordination responsibility

About the role

We are looking for an Experienced Operations Officer to join our Customer Care Delivery team supporting Finland and Norway. The role combines day‑to‑day coordination, case management and continuous improvement to ensure smooth banking processes for business and corporate customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations, including planning, operational reporting, stakeholder follow‑up and facilitation of team meetings.
• Provide front‑line support to business and corporate customers in Finland and Norway, handling account administration, digital banking set‑up and customer packages.
• Own complex operational cases, escalations and ad‑hoc requests, ensuring quality and timely resolution.
• Collaborate with advisers, internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to more efficient ways of working across markets.
• Share knowledge, support colleagues and maintain high operational standards within the team.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in operational, administrative or customer support delivery, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Proven ability to manage complex cases independently, prioritize workload and make sound operational decisions.
• Strong organisational skills with the capacity to maintain an overview of multiple concurrent tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and quality, even under time‑sensitive conditions.
