Experienced Transformation and Change Consultant – Integration & Transformation

About the role

Join the Integration & Transformation team at Danske Bank to help turn strategic priorities into clear actions and measurable results across a complex, matrix organisation. You will work closely with senior leaders and collaboration partners to drive progress on high‑priority transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support formulation of strategic direction and drive integration across value chains for Personal & Business Customers.
• Translate strategic priorities into structured plans, ensure follow‑through and align stakeholders across teams.
• Act as a trusted strategic partner to senior leaders on complex, critical topics.
• Bridge strategy with execution across business, digital, technology and data functions.
• Guide leaders in prioritisation, decision‑making and progress monitoring.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting or a similar role within a complex global organisation.
• Proven track record delivering transformation or strategic initiatives.
• Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and driving progress in ambiguous environments.
• Strong planning and prioritisation abilities, using both agile and waterfall approaches.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
