Facilities Maintenance Manager

About the role

As the Facilities Maintenance Manager at BURGA, you will be responsible for keeping the fast‑growing manufacturing environment running smoothly. You will oversee building systems, manage contractors, and lead renovation and infrastructure projects to ensure that all facilities operate efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure, renovation and facility improvement projects from scope definition through hand‑over.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors, including work scopes, commercial proposals, timelines, quality and delivery.
• Coordinate and resolve building defects and warranty issues with internal stakeholders.
• Oversee building systems such as HVAC, BMS, electrical and low‑voltage installations.
• Prepare technical scopes of work, evaluate proposals and control project budgets and schedules.
• Read, interpret and modify technical drawings using 2D/3D CAD tools.

Required profile

• 3‑4+ years of experience in facilities management, construction or technical infrastructure.
• Engineering education with solid knowledge of HVAC, BMS, electrical and low‑voltage systems.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Hands‑on experience managing contractors throughout the full project lifecycle.
