Facility Manager – Building Operations in Vilnius

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our client’s buildings in Vilnius. You will ensure that all critical services run smoothly, maintain high standards of service delivery, and build strong relationships with both the client and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and manage the delivery of services in line with the agreed SLA.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client representatives to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and control subcontractors, ensuring timely and quality work.
• Maintain all critical services supporting the client’s core business to agreed standards.
• Develop and enforce site‑specific operating procedures.
• Proactively launch service development initiatives and corrective action plans.
• Prepare periodic performance reports.
• Provide support to the direct manager and other team members as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management, including managing technical maintenance contracts.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and customer service abilities.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• Good commercial understanding and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Category B driving licence.

Required skills

• Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools.
