Field Medical Advisor

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Medical Advisor to lead scientific engagement for its Immunology portfolio in Lithuania. The role involves acting as a trusted scientific partner for healthcare professionals and supporting the translation of medical knowledge into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Stay current with medical and scientific developments in immunology.
• Develop and execute an external stakeholder management plan in collaboration with Medical Affairs, HEMAR, and Commercial teams.
• Communicate product value and support market access and formulary discussions.
• Provide proactive and reactive scientific communication to physicians, pharmacists, hospital managers, and other key opinion leaders.
• Support the organization and participation in medical education activities and advisory boards.
• Offer scientific support to Commercial and Market Access teams.
• Understand Real World Evidence (RWE) methodologies, identify data needs, and assist in protocol development.
• Engage with customers to design and implement RWE projects.

Required profile

• Therapeutic‑area scientific expertise in immunology.
• Proven experience discussing medical products with healthcare professionals and scientific societies.
• Ability to act as a trusted scientific counterpart and partner.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams (Medical Affairs, HEMAR, Commercial).
