Field Technician – Onshore Wind (Silute)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Field Technician to join our onshore wind service team in Silute. You will be responsible for fault analysis, repair, and preventive maintenance of wind turbine generator systems, ensuring reliable operation for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Independently perform fault analyses and repairs on wind turbine generator systems.
• Execute planned and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Document call‑out responses, fault findings, and repair work in service reports, logbooks, and checklists.
• Coordinate external and internal service providers and contractors on site.
• Serve as the primary contact for client technical queries, including retrofits and repairs.

Required profile

• Professional training in electrical engineering, power electronics, mechatronics, or equivalent.
• Certified Lithuanian electrical qualification (energy worker's certificate) with the right to operate electrical equipment.
• Familiarity with PLCs.
• High quality awareness and strong diagnostic abilities.
• Ability to work at heights and maintain a high level of physical fitness.
• Structured, analytical work style.
• Willingness to travel and work weekends.
• Class B driving licence and EU work permit.
• Communicative English skills, both spoken and written.
