Finance & Operations Lead – Baltics

About the role

We are seeking a Finance & Operations Lead to oversee financial analysis, inventory planning and supply‑chain coordination across Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. The role bridges finance and operations, turning data into actionable business decisions and ensuring product availability for our pharmaceutical partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting and monthly business reporting.
• Analyse sales, margins, costs, cash flow, working capital and inventory value.
• Translate financial results into clear insights and recommendations.
• Estimate product demand using sales forecasts, historical data and market plans.
• Monitor stock levels, leftovers, availability and associated risks.
• Prepare and place purchase orders based on demand, lead times and supplier conditions.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, delivery dates and potential delays.
• Track open purchase orders until delivery and maintain visibility of own and vendor stock.
• Improve reporting tools and processes using Excel, Power BI and ERP data.
• Support accounting, tax and IFRS topics together with internal and external specialists.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in controlling, finance, business analysis or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting, financial reporting and margin analysis.
• Experience in inventory planning, procurement, supply‑chain or logistics, preferably in a GDP‑regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI (highly valued).
• ERP systems; experience with Rivilė is an advantage.
