Floor Manager – 40h/week

About the role

As a Floor Manager you will lead the shop floor, creating memorable customer experiences and driving sales results. Working with a passionate team, you will set the tone for a welcoming, inspiring store environment while ensuring operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑level customer service through expert styling advice and strong product knowledge.
• Analyse sales data and collaborate with the Store Manager to maximise department performance.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Sales Advisors to meet service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Identify future talent and contribute to development plans.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and brand‑standard compliance.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering the best possible experience for every customer.
• Step in as Store Manager when required to ensure continuity of leadership.

Required profile

• Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion, with solid knowledge of store operations and standards.
• Customer‑focused attitude and genuine product passion.
• Strong communication skills, empathy and the ability to give clear direction.
• Adaptable to varied hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Basic proficiency in Lithuanian and English (minimum A2 level).

Required skills

• Understanding of key retail KPIs and ability to use data to drive performance.
