Full Cycle Recruiter (Lithuanian Speaking)

About the role

Allegis Global Solutions is looking for a Full Cycle Recruiter based in Vilnius who speaks Lithuanian. As the primary point of contact for hiring managers, you will lead the successful filling of open vacancies and work closely with Recruitment Sourcing Specialists to deliver quality results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for open roles while meeting agreed SLAs and KPIs
• Provide market insights and recruitment trends to inform hiring decisions
• Monitor and analyse recruitment activity to support accurate volume forecasting
• Communicate with candidates in a timely, transparent and professional way
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver a high-touch, white-glove service

Required profile

• Proficiency in English and Lithuanian
• Prior experience in end-to-end recruitment within the staffing industry
• Experience managing several searches and stakeholders across the recruitment lifecycle at the same time
• Strong knowledge of technology and ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation
• Life science industry experience is an advantage
