Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Biomapas is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its international team in Kaunas, Lithuania. You will contribute to global talent acquisition, partnering with hiring managers across different markets to attract, engage and recruit professionals, while managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a life sciences environment. The workplace is hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment from job advertisement and candidate sourcing to interviews, selection and offer coordination.
• Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks and job boards.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across international markets.
• Coordinate candidate assessments and interviews, and keep candidates and hiring managers informed.
• Prepare and coordinate job offers and support the transition to onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment data in the ATS and comply with data protection and confidentiality requirements.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, prepare reports and collaborate with external recruitment partners.
• Contribute to employer branding and recruitment projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably managing several vacancies at once.
• Experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing and recruitment coordination.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English, written and spoken.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Confidence using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
• Understanding of recruitment processes, candidate assessment and talent pipeline management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital recruitment tools.
