Full-Stack Engineer (Next.js & Laravel)

About the role

Bioma creates probiotic supplements that support gut health, energy, and focus. We are looking for a Full‑Stack Engineer to own the development of our web platform, from architecture to deployment, using Next.js on the front‑end and PHP/Laravel on the back‑end.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain full‑stack features across Next.js/React and PHP/Laravel.
• Develop and optimise landing pages and conversion funnels for rapid concept testing.
• Build personalisation and scoring systems to deliver targeted offers.
• Create internal tools that support advertising, marketing, and operational workflows.
• Integrate third‑party APIs, manage complex data flows, and resolve performance challenges.
• Make architectural decisions to improve security, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and engineering teams to drive measurable business impact.
• Mentor junior engineers and champion best‑practice coding standards.

Required profile

• Strong professional experience with Next.js and React.
• Strong professional experience with PHP and Laravel.
• Solid full‑stack fundamentals, clean architecture, design patterns, and automated testing.
• Ability to own both front‑end and back‑end development in a fast‑moving, experimentation‑driven environment.
• Self‑motivated, senior‑level mindset with proactive problem‑solving and business focus.
• Comfortable using AI‑assisted development tools such as Claude.

• Gross salary range €3,500‑€5,000 per month.
