About the role

The Production Planner will join Motherson's wire harness division, supporting the design and manufacturing of reliable wiring systems for automotive and non‑automotive sectors. Working closely with experts and using advanced technologies, you will help ensure smooth energy and data transmission across our products.

Key responsibilities

• Plan production schedules and control raw‑material requirements.
• Transfer orders to the shop floor and guarantee timely execution.
• Collaborate daily with the production team to align priorities.
• Monitor production parameters within the ERP system.
• Track product changes and update parameters and production plans accordingly.

Required profile

• Higher education degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in the automotive industry or a manufacturing environment is a plus.
