About the role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is looking for a Manufacturing Planner to join its Vilnius site. You will support production planning, data analysis and resource coordination to ensure timely and accurate manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate manufacturing activities based on capacity, demand and priorities.
• Maintain planning and business systems, ensuring accurate data entry.
• Analyze production, inventory and performance data and prepare reports.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights for process improvement.
• Collaborate with production, supply chain, quality and other teams.
• Resolve planning, scheduling, data or process discrepancies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and efficient resource utilization.
• Ensure data accuracy and documentation quality.

Required profile

• Higher education or at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing planning or data‑driven roles.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and make data‑based decisions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• SQL.
• Python.
• Power BI.
• Knowledge of MRP principles.
• Familiarity with SIOP / S&OP processes.
• Use of AI tools for data analysis and reporting.
