About the role

Transform GenAI strategy into tangible results that shape the future of banking. Lead strategic execution and reporting while collaborating with senior leadership across innovative GenAI initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate GenAI initiatives and maintain strategic execution roadmaps with clear milestones.
• Prepare executive reporting materials and track KPIs for senior leadership forums.
• Collaborate with the GenAI Tribe and technology teams to ensure initiatives remain aligned.
• Facilitate alignment meetings and provide clarity on strategic priorities and dependencies.
• Monitor market trends and benchmarks to maintain competitive positioning.

Required profile

• 3‑7 years of experience in strategy execution, business management, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and business applications.
• Ability to manage strategic portfolios and prepare executive‑level reporting.
• Skilled stakeholder management with senior leadership experience.
• Methodical approach with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in creating compelling presentations and dashboards for executives.
• Experience in financial services or technology is valuable.

What we offer

• Monthly salary range from 3 280 EUR to 4 920 EUR gross, based on competencies.
