Google Ads Media Buyer – Hybrid

About the role

Cohypes is seeking a data‑driven Google Ads Media Buyer to own the full Google ecosystem for its health, beauty and wellness brands. Working in a hybrid setting, you will partner with creative and CRO teams to design high‑converting funnels from the first hook to checkout.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and scale performance campaigns across Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display and Performance Max.
• Collaborate with creative teams to craft compelling ad hooks, angles and formats.
• Optimize the full sales funnel by working with CRO specialists on advertorials, pre‑sell pages and landing pages.
• Design and execute structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, bidding strategies and funnel steps.
• Monitor key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CVR, MER, LTV) using GA4 and GTM to inform decisions.
• Manage large monthly ad budgets, ensuring proper pacing and efficiency.
• Develop advanced audience strategies using custom segments, affinity, in‑market, remarketing and look‑alike audiences.
• Stay current on industry trends, new ad formats and e‑commerce techniques.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven media‑buying experience on Google Ads with a performance focus.
• Track record of handling sizable monthly budgets while improving CPA.
• Creative‑first mindset with experience testing ad assets.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting data to drive growth.
