Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can turn creative briefs into high‑performing static and video ads for Meta, TikTok and other paid social platforms. You will blend strong visual craftsmanship with data‑driven insights to help our clients stand out and achieve measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Translate briefs from creative strategists into static and video ad concepts for paid social channels.
• Develop visual variations for A/B testing, maintaining the same concept with different angles.
• Collaborate closely with creative strategists, video editors and media buyers to keep the creative pipeline flowing.
• React to performance data, adjusting visuals when a creative underperforms.
• Ensure consistency with each client’s brand guidelines while creating scroll‑stopping formats.
• Maintain and expand a library of templates and assets for rapid delivery.

Required profile

• 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in paid social or performance marketing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing static and video ad concepts for platforms such as Meta or TikTok.
• Excellent communication skills for teamwork with strategists, editors and media buyers.
• Ability to manage multiple client brand guidelines simultaneously.
• Organised approach to template and asset management and ability to meet fast‑moving deadlines.
