Graphic Designer

About the role

Flo Health, the world's leading health and fitness app, is looking for a Graphic Designer in Vilnius. You will create static and animated graphics for marketing campaigns, product experiences and medical education, working closely with UA, product, content, medical and social teams. The role is hybrid, with three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Design visually compelling static and animated graphics for marketing, products and medical education.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visual assets that drive engagement and understanding.
• Turn complex health and scientific topics into clear illustrations and infographics.
• Use user research, A/B testing and analytics to refine designs, and ensure accessibility and inclusive design.
• Keep up with design trends, tools (including AI) and innovation in health communication.
• Present concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback while keeping a strong design rationale.
• Produce basic to mid-level animations and video edits to complement static work (a plus).

Required profile

• 3+ years of graphic design experience, with significant digital or app-based work.
• Strong portfolio showing designs across ads, apps and social channels.
• Understanding of design for impact, from A/B tested assets to inclusive UI/UX visuals.
• Experience collaborating with content, product and growth teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English communication and storytelling skills, both visual and verbal.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle several design tasks at once.

Required skills

• Advanced Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; working knowledge of After Effects.
• Preferred: mentoring or onboarding designers, background in health, education or behaviour-change design, comfort with AI-assisted tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway and Adobe Firefly, and familiarity with motion and video editing software.
