Graphic Designer – Mid to Senior Level

About the role

We are looking for a creative, detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join our Design Team. You will focus on one of Nord Security’s products and help shape the visual identity of our cybersecurity suite, including NordVPN, Saily, Coveron and NordPass.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative design concepts for campaigns and high‑impact marketing projects.
• Create assets for website, video, social media, blog, mobile marketing and other channels.
• Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, copywriters and other designers to bring ideas to life.
• Ensure all work follows brand guidelines and meets high‑quality standards.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends and introduce fresh ideas.
• Own projects from concept through feedback management to final delivery.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creativity.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in marketing design within digital environments or agencies.
• Strong eye for detail and pixel‑perfect execution.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Strategic thinking, problem‑solving and ability to defend design decisions.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, adaptable environments.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
