Growth Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Growth Manager to drive user acquisition, retention and revenue growth for our wellness and lifestyle apps. The role combines data‑driven analysis with creative marketing tactics to identify and exploit growth opportunities across the funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through market research and user analytics.
• Design, launch and optimise data‑driven acquisition and retention campaigns.
• Track, analyse and report on key performance metrics to validate initiatives and guide continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product teams to execute high‑impact growth experiments.
• Produce actionable insights and reports for senior leadership to shape future strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a Growth Marketing or Growth Manager role, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable growth tactics.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage both gaming enthusiasts and professional traders.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented problem‑solver with a hands‑on attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet dynamic deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian.
