Head of B2B Marketing

About the role

Hostinger is looking for a strategic leader to own the end‑to‑end marketing of its Agency Hosting business. As Head of B2B Marketing you will shape the growth engine for web professionals, agencies and developers, leveraging AI‑driven automation to replace traditional sales‑heavy models.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the marketing vision, strategy and roadmap for the B2B segment.
• Own business outcomes such as new billings and customer acquisition targets.
• Design an AI‑powered sales funnel covering lead capture, qualification, nurturing, onboarding and expansion.
• Build inbound engines through content, SEO, partnerships and community programs that scale cost‑effectively.
• Craft positioning and messaging that convinces web professionals to run client portfolios on Hostinger.
• Collaborate closely with product, paid media, influencer, affiliate, SEO, design and data teams.
• Run fast experiments, validate assumptions with data and monitor funnel economics (CAC, LTV, payback period).

Required profile

• Proven track record of growing B2B revenue in high‑volume, lower‑price‑point businesses.
• Experience building inbound and automation systems that outperform headcount‑heavy sales teams.
• Comfort with AI tools and automation to eliminate repetitive work.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to run experiments and analyse funnel metrics.
• Strong ability to define positioning, messaging and go‑to‑market strategies for agency audiences.
