Head of Brand Communications (Baltic Region)

About the role

ERGO is looking for a Head of Brand Communications covering Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. You will turn the ERGO Global Brand strategy into a clear implementation plan, driving adoption across the three markets while keeping brand guidelines, visual identity and governance consistent across customer touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the Global Brand strategy into an implementation plan, aligned where needed and localised where appropriate
• Drive adoption across the three markets with local marketing teams through shared planning, communication and data-backed recommendations
• Act as the main liaison between the Baltic organisation and the Group Brand team
• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines, visual identity and governance standards
• Manage a dedicated budget for strategic brand initiatives and turn brand research into actionable recommendations
• Monitor brand performance and adoption, reporting insights to senior Baltic management and Group
• Promote brand culture and guide internal stakeholders on brand matters

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree; a degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing or brand management, with ownership of brand strategy execution
• Experience with brand guidelines, visual identity systems and governance frameworks
• Experience managing and briefing external agencies and creative partners
• Ability to define and track brand KPIs
• Fluent English; familiarity with insurance or financial services and proficiency in one or more Baltic languages are advantages
