Remote Media Buyer

About the role

IMPACT BRANDS, a health and wellness company with 7+ brands, is hiring a fully remote Media Buyer. You will plan, launch, test and optimise paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms, run experiments on funnels and creatives, and hand over proven approaches to the teams that scale them.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, test and optimise paid campaigns across digital advertising platforms
• Test new marketing funnels, identify successful approaches and prepare them for handover to other teams
• Research new audiences, targeting strategies and ways to improve campaign performance
• Develop structured testing strategies for new funnels, creatives, messaging and campaign approaches
• Analyse metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM and conversion rates
• Identify winning campaigns and funnels, optimise them and monitor performance, troubleshooting issues
• Collaborate with creative, content and other marketing teams on new advertising concepts
• Document testing results, learnings and recommendations

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or media buying, preferably with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
• Proven experience launching, testing and optimising paid campaigns
• Experience with A/B testing, creative testing and profitable advertising strategies
• Ability to work independently, manage several tests and communicate findings clearly
• Fluent written and spoken English

Required skills

• Marketing funnels, audience targeting, conversion tracking and attribution
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
• Managing advertising budgets of €5,000+ per month is an advantage
