Head of Data

About the role

Iteractive is building expert‑designed wellness apps that help users achieve sustainable healthy living. As Head of Data you will own the company’s data strategy, architecture and roadmap, turning complex data and AI opportunities into measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall data strategy, architecture and scalable data function.
• Identify high‑value data, machine‑learning and AI opportunities across product, marketing, finance and support.
• Design and implement data pipelines, storage solutions and analytics infrastructure to support ML and AI initiatives.
• Lead the development and deployment of machine‑learning models and AI agents for automation and decision‑making.
• Partner with senior leadership to translate business challenges into data‑driven solutions.
• Establish best practices for data quality, governance, experimentation and model performance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in data engineering and building scalable data architectures.
• Proven ability to connect technical initiatives with business outcomes.
• Experience delivering production‑grade machine‑learning solutions to real business problems.
• Strong strategic thinking and organizational skills, comfortable moving between architecture discussions and business priorities.
