Head of Finance

About the role

The company is a growing manufacturing business operating in international markets and seeks an experienced Head of Finance to lead its finance function. This senior position plays a strategic role in investment planning, financing, performance analysis and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure efficient finance management and oversight of all financial processes.
• Prepare financial analyses, budgets, forecasts and business insights for senior management.
• Manage cash‑flow planning, financial planning and profitability analysis.
• Coordinate with banks and financing institutions and negotiate financing terms.
• Evaluate investment projects, prepare financial calculations and ROI analyses.
• Lead the accounting team, guaranteeing high‑quality financial reporting.
• Drive finance‑process improvement, automation and implementation of efficient solutions.
• Collaborate with foreign partners on accounting and reporting matters.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in finance management, control or as a finance business partner.
• Background in manufacturing or an international company.
• Proven experience in budgeting, cash‑flow planning and financial forecasting.
• Hands‑on experience with banks, loans, investment‑project financing or fundraising.
• Strong analytical thinking, initiative and ability to translate data into business decisions.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools or other data‑analysis solutions (preferred).
