Head of People & Culture

About the role

Everwest is building an international organization that connects Asia and Europe. As Head of People & Culture you will be the strategic partner to the leadership team, shaping the people agenda to support profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Translate people strategy into business results and align HR priorities with growth objectives.
• Partner with senior leaders to strengthen leadership, accountability and performance management.
• Lead workforce planning, talent mapping, succession planning and recruitment for critical roles.
• Establish group‑wide standards for recruitment, onboarding, development and reward with local adaptations.
• Build and lead a business‑oriented People & Culture team that delivers measurable impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within an international, multi‑country organization.
• Strong business understanding and ability to link people decisions to performance and growth.
• Experience in organizational development, leadership development, talent management and succession planning.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to turn HR insights into practical actions.
• Excellent English, Lithuanian and Russian language skills.
