HR Delivery Specialist – Temporary (1.5 years)

About the role

As an HR Delivery Specialist you will ensure high‑quality workforce operational services for SEB Global Services. You will work closely with colleagues in Vilnius and across SEB’s global network, focusing on accuracy, compliance and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver day‑to‑day HR operational services, maintaining data accuracy and compliance.
• Manage administrative and operational tasks, including internal and external reporting.
• Identify and propose process improvements, participate in testing new tools and system updates.
• Support case management activities to ensure efficient follow‑up on daily cases.
• Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to maintain up‑to‑date work instructions and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in executing daily HR operations and following established procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data and documentation.
• Good collaboration skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of labour law and related legal frameworks is an advantage.
• Fluent English communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.

Required skills

• Experience with HR administration and planning systems (e.g., HRO, JIRA).
• Familiarity with case management systems.
