HR Shared Services Manager

About the role

The HR Shared Services Manager leads the Tier 2 operational team within Cencora’s European Shared Service Center. Based in Lithuania, the role ensures high‑quality HR service delivery, manages complex escalations, and drives consistent ways of working across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Tier 2 team, setting clear objectives and fostering engagement.
• Ensure stable, consistent Tier 2 service across Europe, reducing variation and avoidable escalations.
• Own complex HR queries and escalations, delivering timely, accurate resolutions.
• Partner with HRSC leadership, Tier 1, Country HR, HR Business Partners, Payroll, and other stakeholders to improve service outcomes.
• Identify improvement opportunities from escalations, recurring issues, and employee feedback, and lead end‑to‑end process enhancements.
• Monitor performance, quality, compliance, and risk metrics, providing reliable reporting and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Solid experience in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or Employee Services.
• Proven experience leading a team and supporting colleagues in a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to manage complex cases and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
