About the role
Everwest is building an international organization that connects Asia and Europe and creates new roads for customers and employees. The Head of People & Culture will be a strategic partner to the leadership team, driving the People agenda to support profitable growth and organizational capability.
Key responsibilities
- Translate the People strategy into measurable business results.
- Lead the People & Culture strategy, ensuring priorities directly support growth and performance.
- Partner with senior leaders to strengthen leadership, accountability and shared performance responsibility.
- Oversee workforce planning, talent mapping, succession planning and recruitment for critical roles.
- Build a high-performance culture through performance management, recognition, development and clear growth opportunities.
- Establish consistent Group-wide standards for recruitment, onboarding, performance, development and reward, adapting locally as needed.
- Develop and lead a business-oriented People & Culture team that delivers measurable impact.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a senior People/HR leadership role.
- Background in an international, multi-country, operationally complex organization.
- Strong business understanding with ability to link People decisions to performance, efficiency and growth.
- Experience in organizational development, leadership development, talent management and succession planning.
- Track record of building effective People processes and standards across an organization.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate People insights into practical actions.
- Excellent leadership, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.
- Pragmatic approach, balancing strategic thinking with execution.
- Fluent in English, Lithuanian and Russian.
