Inbound Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious, customer‑focused Inbound Sales Representative to join our growing sales team and support the Ireland market. You will convert inbound phone and online inquiries into successful sales, providing expert guidance and ensuring a smooth post‑order process.

Key responsibilities

• Convert inbound inquiries (phone and online) into sales without cold outreach.
• Identify customer needs, advise on product options and recommend the best solutions.
• Support customers through the post‑order phase until delivery is completed.
• Coordinate with architects and the factory to guarantee smooth production and delivery of bespoke wooden buildings.
• Collaborate with teammates to share knowledge and continuously improve sales practices.
• Contribute to raising the overall quality of customer support.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1+), both spoken and written.
• Proven experience in active B2C sales.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Experience selling high‑value or customizable products is a strong advantage.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication, empathy and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Quick, efficient working style with the capacity to keep momentum in the sales process.
