Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

Ergonix is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to own the influencer strategy across its Baltic and Central European markets. You will identify creators that match the brand, build long‑term partnerships and help drive sales of ergonomic furniture.

Key responsibilities

• Research and select creators in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Czech Republic and upcoming markets.
• Conduct high‑volume outreach, pitch collaborations, negotiate terms and define deliverables.
• Coordinate product shipments with warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with creators to secure repeat collaborations.
• Track performance of each partnership and optimise the influencer channel.

Required profile

• Excellent written communication in English; ability to craft concise messages that get responses.
• Comfortable managing 50+ concurrent conversations without losing detail.
• Confident negotiator who can secure favourable deals.
• Self‑starter who enjoys solving problems independently.
• Knowledge of Polish, German, Czech, Latvian or Estonian is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Fluent English.
