Influencer & Social Media Project Manager – Baltics

About the role

We are looking for an Influencer & Social Media Project Manager to lead our digital creator collaborations across the Baltic markets. You will work closely with agencies and internal teams to design, execute and optimise content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with agencies and cross‑functional stakeholders to produce engaging social‑media content aligned with campaign goals.
• Manage influencer relationships end‑to‑end, including sourcing, briefing, negotiation, budgeting, content review and performance analysis.
• Adapt successful concepts to local audiences in the Baltics and scale them through agency networks.
• Propose creative formats and solutions to boost audience interaction.
• Analyse campaign data, generate regular performance reports and recommend optimisations.
• Monitor platform trends, emerging creator formats and consumer behaviour.
• Support budget planning and coordinate campaign requirements with external partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in influencer marketing, social media or creative marketing.
• Fluent Lithuanian and strong English (minimum B2).
• Deep understanding of internet culture, platform‑specific trends and audience habits.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical, results‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
• High initiative, responsibility and creativity for idea generation.
• Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple projects, deadlines and budgets.
