Information Security Officer

About the role

Inventi is scaling its fintech infrastructure and needs a senior professional to own security and compliance across the organization. You will work closely with engineering, product, sales and HR to embed security into daily operations and ensure the company meets regulatory expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and maintain security policies (ISO 27001, GDPR) that align with business goals.
• Conduct risk assessments, lead audits, close gaps and continuously strengthen defenses.
• Act as the security liaison for sales and client due‑diligence, handling questionnaires and meetings.
• Monitor emerging threats and regulations (e.g., DORA) and translate them into practical controls.
• Promote a security‑first mindset throughout the team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in information security, risk management or compliance, preferably in fintech or payments.
• Hands‑on knowledge of ISO 27001 and GDPR implementation.
• Proven track record of running risk assessments, managing audits and coordinating remediation.
• Ability to communicate security concepts in business terms and collaborate across multiple functions.
