Information Security Program Manager

About the role

You will join a 500‑plus professional team that builds cutting‑edge web data gathering solutions for Fortune‑500 clients. The Risk Department supports the global organization by analysing business, security and operational risks, and you will help shape its information security and AI governance frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage internal security projects, handling scheduling, resources and data tracking.
• Develop and run the Employee Security Awareness Plan, including phishing campaigns.
• Drive AI governance initiatives and support compliance with standards such as ISO27001.
• Build, implement and refine security risk management processes and controls.
• Coordinate penetration tests and monitor mitigation SLAs as part of vendor management.
• Communicate project progress and challenges clearly to cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience in Information Security, IT Risk Management or Security Project Management.
• Hands‑on ownership of security awareness programs and phishing campaigns.
• Strong structuring and communication skills to align technical teams with business needs.
• Independent, proactive and analytical mindset with creative employee engagement.
• Practical vendor‑management experience, including contract negotiation.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken).
