Integration Specialist

About the role

Nuvei is seeking an Integration Specialist to join its fast‑growing Operations team. The role focuses on configuring, testing and certifying merchant and partner integrations with Nuvei’s payment platform, and providing ongoing technical support once the integration is live.

Key responsibilities

• Assist new and prospective clients in setting up development sandboxes and guiding them through the onboarding process.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert when designing transaction processing and reporting solutions for merchants.
• Provide regular status updates on open integration projects to project‑management and leadership teams.
• Develop a deep understanding of Nuvei’s product suite and communicate complex technical specifications and APIs to clients.
• Help clients detect errors, debug request and response messages, and resolve technical incidents with a sense of urgency.

Required profile

• High‑school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience supporting high‑tech products for multinational clients.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with standard communication protocols such as IP and HTTP (client‑server, server‑to‑server).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a collaborative work style.

Required skills

• Python, Java SE, PHP.
• JSON, RESTful APIs, HTML, CSS, SQL.
• Working knowledge of web‑based programming languages and data formatting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
