Consolidation Services Officer

About the role

For our IT Department, we are seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide reliable, professional on‑site support for end‑user devices and workplace equipment across our supported locations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, configure and deliver laptops, peripherals and standard workplace equipment as part of joiner, mover and leaver processes.
• Perform device imaging, provisioning and deployment using Microsoft Intune or Autopilot.
• Provide on‑site hardware and software troubleshooting for laptops, docking stations, monitors, keyboards, mice, headsets, printers and meeting‑room equipment.
• Manage device swaps, repair coordination, re‑imaging activities and maintain accurate asset and inventory records.
• Support logistics activities such as receiving, unpacking, assembling equipment and coordinating returns or warranty repairs.

Required profile

• Basic working knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 in an end‑user support context.
• Familiarity with device provisioning concepts, preferably using Microsoft Intune or Autopilot.
• Strong communication skills with a professional, user‑facing manner.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage concurrent tasks effectively.
