Investment Analyst – Global Equity Research

About the role

ERA Family Office, a first‑generation family office in Lithuania, is expanding its investment team. The Investment Analyst will support research, analysis, and the identification of new opportunities across global public markets and real assets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct fundamental research on listed companies and sectors worldwide, evaluating business models, competitive positioning, industry dynamics and value drivers.
• Analyse financial statements, performance metrics and build/maintain financial models and valuation frameworks.
• Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities through independent research, market screening and thematic analysis.
• Develop investment cases with theses, valuations, catalysts, risks and expected returns.
• Monitor portfolio companies, tracking results, corporate developments and changes to original theses.
• Follow macro‑economic, industry and capital‑market trends and assess their impact on existing and prospective investments.
• Prepare concise research materials, memoranda and presentations for internal discussions and senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience in equity research, investment analysis, asset management, investment banking, private equity, consulting or a related analytical field.
• Strong interest in global public equities and fundamental investing.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, corporate finance and valuation principles.
• Ability to conduct independent research and translate complex information into clear investment conclusions.
• Proactive mindset, curiosity and motivation to continuously learn as an investor.
