IT Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Administrator to join our IT Infrastructure team. You will provide day‑to‑day support, maintain the company’s IT environment and contribute to improvement projects while working with local and global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1st and 2nd line support to end users and resolve incidents promptly.
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot Windows workstations, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, Entra ID and Intune.
• Support LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN connectivity and related network equipment.
• Assist in server administration, virtualization platforms and cloud services.
• Participate in IT infrastructure and workplace improvement projects.
• Monitor systems, identify potential issues and act proactively.
• Maintain documentation, asset inventory and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with external vendors and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Collaborate with global IT teams to implement corporate standards and new technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and Wi‑Fi technologies.
• Good English and Lithuanian communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, troubleshoot effectively and work in a customer‑oriented manner.
