IT Business Analyst (Treasury System)

About the role

This position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania, operating under a hybrid model (three days in the office, two days remote). You will join a team of professionals delivering strategic projects for a Tier‑1 Treasury Management System used by major global banks.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear specifications and user stories for development teams.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance system functionality.
• Manage requirements and track progress in Jira while supporting Agile delivery.
• Participate in functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation of solutions.
• Support strategic initiatives related to Treasury operations and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Background in banking, financial services, fintech, insurance or Treasury domains.
• Experience with enterprise systems, integrations or payment‑related solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Jira for requirements management.
• Agile delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with ION Treasury / Wallstreet Suite (Tier‑1 Treasury Management System).
