IT Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead software development initiatives from conception to delivery. You will act as the central point of contact for internal teams, vendors and stakeholders, ensuring projects meet quality, time and budget expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of project success, defining scope, schedule, budget and objectives.
• Manage change, risk and resources across multiple software development projects.
• Coordinate relationships with vendors, contractors and other external parties.
• Ensure projects are delivered on‑time, within scope and budget while supervising the development team’s workload.
• Provide regular progress reports and documentation to stakeholders and capture key customer requirements.

Required profile

• University degree in IT, business management or analytics.
• Minimum 3 years of proven project management experience in the IT sector.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English (Russian is a plus).
• Experience leading software development projects and strong organisational skills.
• Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is advantageous.
