IT Project Manager

About the role

ERGO Baltics is looking for an IT Project Manager to lead strategic IT transformation within its project management framework. The role covers planning, scope, schedule, budget and quality control, risk management and stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Manage strategic IT transformation according to the ERGO Baltics project management framework.
• Create and manage detailed project plans and keep accurate documentation.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Identify, evaluate and manage constraints, dependencies, risks and issues.
• Ensure effective stakeholder communication and reporting.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management at ERGO Baltics.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills, experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including C-level.
• Ability to structure, visualise and present complex information.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; fluency in a Baltic language is a plus.
• Higher education in Project Management and/or certificates such as PMP or PRINCE2 (or equivalent) are preferable.
• At least 5 years of experience leading complex IT, digital (e-commerce, self-service, web) transformation projects is an advantage.

Required skills

• Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Whiteboard and Miro.
• Project management frameworks (PMP, PRINCE2 preferred).

• Salary: Lithuania 4,000-4,500 EUR gross per month; Latvia/Estonia 3,500-4,000 EUR gross per month, depending on location and experience.
