Technical Product Owner - Billing Operations

About the role

Go3, a streaming service with almost 700,000 users in the Baltics, is looking for a Technical Product Owner in Lithuania or Estonia to join its Billing Operations team. The team covers billing for Go3 and Home3 customers, including payment gateway integrations, invoicing, charging, contract signing and debt management, and also owns customer onboarding and self-service. The team spends more than half its time on end-to-end transformation work.

Key responsibilities

• Onboarding and self-service: UX/UI, configuration and integrations
• Products, pricing and promotions: configure offers for new sales, upgrades, downgrades and retention
• End-to-end delivery: lead changes from requirements through vendor alignment, development, acceptance, release and post-launch analytics
• Own the bill validation and delivery process
• Build Power BI dashboards to catch issues early
• Advise stakeholders and troubleshoot issues with business, finance and development teams

Required profile

• 3+ years in technical product ownership, product ownership, billing expertise or business analysis
• Track record of delivering features end to end, from requirements to post-launch support
• Bias toward evidence, comfort with edge cases such as proration and partial refunds, and continuous learning
• Upper intermediate English; open to discussing APIs with developers
• Nice to have: experience with billing, OTT, Telco or subscription businesses, data analytics and financial reporting
