IT Solution Specialist (Workday)

About the role

As a Workday Solution Specialist you will drive functional development, support and maintenance for Workday solutions, providing process support and scoping requirements to deliver best‑practice value. You will work with implementation teams on design, configuration and testing, translating business needs into secure, scalable and high‑performing Workday configurations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, support and maintain Workday functional modules.
• Provide process support and scope requirements to maximise platform value.
• Collaborate with implementation teams on design, configuration and testing.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Offer strategic guidance and conduct configuration reviews to optimise performance and user experience.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience as a Workday Subject Matter Expert, covering all implementation phases.
• Hands‑on experience configuring Workday modules and processes, including maintenance and support.
• Technical knowledge of HCM application implementation and maintenance.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with business and IT stakeholders.
