IT Specialist – End‑User & Systems Support

About the role

We are seeking an IT Specialist to join our team in Vilnius, supporting the day‑to‑day technology needs of an international aviation training company. The role offers exposure to a wide range of IT operations in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support to employees, handling hardware, software and access issues.
• Administer Microsoft 365 accounts, licences, groups and permissions, including Exchange Online tasks.
• Manage the lifecycle of IT equipment and software assets, configure laptops and maintain inventory records.
• Support internal business systems, manage user access and assist with application‑related problems.
• Assist with network, server, cloud and workplace infrastructure monitoring and maintenance.
• Coordinate with external vendors, track service requests and maintain the CMDB.
• Participate in daily stand‑up meetings, support administrative tasks and collaborate across global offices.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in IT support or operations.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and ability to work with users of varying technical backgrounds.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural, fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 administration (user accounts, licences, groups, Exchange Online).
• Hardware and software troubleshooting.
• IT asset lifecycle management and inventory tracking.
• CMDB maintenance.
• Basic network, server and cloud infrastructure support.
