IT Support Specialist

About the role

Furniture1 is looking for an IT Support Specialist to be the first line of technical assistance for colleagues across Europe. You will handle urgent IT issues, support call‑center software, and help maintain the company’s e‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the frontline contact for IT incidents, especially those affecting call‑center operations.
• Communicate with teams in multiple European countries to diagnose and resolve IT problems.
• Prioritise requests based on urgency and business impact, ensuring timely resolution.
• Implement IT changes, improvements and security initiatives.
• Write and maintain internal documentation and process guides.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, testing for quality and performance.
• Maintain company hardware resources and suggest automation for repetitive tasks.
• Administer e‑commerce website content as part of a multifunctional team.

Required profile

• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload and pay close attention to detail.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and capacity to work independently.
• Excellent communication in English; Lithuanian is a plus.
• Patience and empathy when assisting non‑technical users.
• Interest in staying up‑to‑date with emerging technologies.

Required skills

• Windows environment administration (preferred).
